I recently joined Wolff Olins London as Creative Director, bringing an extensive background in creating digital products and services.
With over thirteen years of experience in the creative industry I'm well versed in all stages of the creative process. I strive to create engaging and meaningful solutions that are highly relevant by blending strategic thinking, human-centred design and meticulous visual craft. I believe in a collaborative approach and a design process that helps optimise efforts to realise a client’s business objectives, a designer’s ambition and customer needs.
Previously, I led multi-disciplinary teams at the international experience design firm Method, where I delivered integrated brand, product and service experiences for clients including Lush, Sky, Skype, Deutsche Telekom, Google and Thomson Reuters. Prior to this, I was Head of Design at the global marketing agency Wunderman, Senior Designer at LBi, and Art Director and Designer at various agencies in London and Seoul.
I was a jury member on the digital category for the Creative Review Annual 2014 and YCN Professional Awards 2015. I hold a BA in Visual Communication Design from Seoul National University and an MA in Communication Design from Central Saint Martins.
