Zami’s mission is to get clients standing for transformative ideas, proven by the cultures they nurture on the inside and the products they offer to the outside world. She equipped Enel Group to become the world’s first post-utility company, democratizing energy through the lens of Open Power. She also transformed Girl Effect from a generic girls rights advocacy group to a creative social business transforming lives through media.
She joined Wolff Olins London in 2014, transferred to San Francisco in 2017 to focus on restoring a North Star to Silicon Valley, and is now based in New York where she continues to work on focussing technology businesses on positive social impact. Alongside client work, Zami is an active advocate of diversity and inclusion – a topic she has spoken and written widely about.
