I’m our Chief Design Officer. I’m responsible for setting and challenging the creative bar and creating provocative design that makes the world sit up, take notice and smile.
Over 15 years here I’ve been lucky enough to work with global organisations such as Virgin, McKinsey, Google and PwC to help them embrace new technologies and find ever more exciting ways of interacting with people.
I’ve led teams that have created new brands from scratch, such as the UK’s biggest telecom carrier, EE. I have a particular passion for working with big British institutions like Tesco and Royal Mail to help them redefine what it means to be a mass brand for the people of the UK in 2018.
I believe great design can change the world and have a passionate interest in design education. I love to write and have been published in The Guardian, Campaign, Fast Company and am a regular contributor to The Drum. I’ve spoken at Barcelona Design Week, Web Summit, D&AD and on the BBC.
