Studio Manager

Your Role

You are a swiss army knife of culture fostering, party-loving, and task mastering — a voice of the people with a can-do spirit. Your primary job is to manage the office. From onboarding newbies to coordinating IT. Party planning to interior designing. This is a role that requires creative thinking and a penchant for organization and problem-solving. Reporting to our Finance Director in NY, you’ll have the opportunity to flex your skills into small scale event planning and human resources. And do it while supporting, and being part of a team of smart, creative people who work hard to make work feel like play.

You are responsible for


  • Greet clients and prepare meeting spaces with refreshments, make sure whiteboards/scrolls/boards are clean or with respective client work
  • Maintain the studio space - water plants, keep communal areas clean/organized, restock groceries (once a week)
  • Order food for Family Lunch, Wellness Wednesday, Roundup
  • Add/remove team members from email distribution lists
  • Update Weekly Occupancy Report / Reassign seat assignments
  • Organize quarterly company meetings
  • Support the leadership team in improving the space


  • Coordinate celebrations for team members (birthdays, anniversaries, showers, and sendoffs)
  • Set team members up with phones and order business cards
  • Enroll any new hires in Transitchek and ensure WOSF/WONY studios get cards at the end of each month
  • Assist with logistics and planning for Thanksgiving, holiday party, and summer party
  • Onboarding - Setup new hire with IT needs, schedule 1:1 meetings with leadership and HR, prepare for new hire arrivals (welcome kit/lunch)
  • Offboarding - Coordinate sendoffs, discontinue phone plans, fill out IT leaver form, setup exit interview

New Business

  • Maintain contacts and flow into Salesforce
  • Support Head of New Business in planning and coordinating Business Development events

You will have
