With a background in both design and strategy, I do my best work when thinking and making are side-by-side. I’m all about user-centered, multidisciplinary design, and asking the right questions before designing the right answer. Transit, consumer goods, religion, money, non-profits, tech, hospitality, healthcare — it always start with people.
For over 7 years I’ve worked in Europe and the US to understand people and translate their needs and values into meaningful experiences that drive organizational growth. I’ve interviewed Europe’s top Alzheimer doctors, imagined the future of Paris’ subway stations, led innovation workshops with students from MIT, and envisioned a national non-profit’s new digital experience for Gen-Y.
Outside of work, you can find me drawing small daily things, exploring the city by foot, or enjoying a good Boulevardier.
