I’m a passionate advocate of the principle that brand is not what you say, but what you do – when the bosses aren’t looking, when budgets are tight, and when things are frayed and worn. In short, brand is about experience. As Experience Director, I’m the voice of the customer and employee, grounding everything we do in the needs of real people, out there in the world, living their lives and getting by.
Before my time here, I was Creative Director and Head of UX for the digital agency POSSIBLE. I spent an enlightening few years working for aid agencies in the UK, Honduras, Kenya and Sudan, and hold a Masters degree in social anthropology.
