He has worked closely with the executive teams at Kaiser Permanente, Vulcan, and IBM Watson to define their vision for the future and articulate the strategy needed to deliver on that vision. Arthur has also helped transform how the sales and marketing teams at companies like IBM Commerce, Nestle, and NetApp go to market. As an organisation designer, he has helped build teams and functions at Google, Uber, GE, Prudential, and Genentech. Arthur has led culture work at Starbucks, Nike, and PayPal. He also serves an advisor to Y Combinator startups New Story, Modern Health, and Dear Brightly.
As a Strategy Director at Wolff Olins, Arthur helps organisations find new ways to grow, and works with them to craft a brand that can powerfully deliver on growth out in the market.
